FAQs on Service request process for share holders

  • If you already have an account, please log in to the Investor Portal.
  • To create a new account, please proceed to the Investor Registration Form.
  • Please go to page "Investor Corner -> Investor Registration Form".
  • Please fill out all data and follow on screen instructions and Submit your request accordingly.
  • Please verify your Mobile number by entering OTP
  • Please verify your Email ID by clicking the verification link sent to your email.
  • Once you verify your mobile number and email ID properly, service request options will be open in your portal dashboard.
  • So, it is important to enter proper mobile number and email ID and you must have access to those, otherwise you will not be able to Login in our portal.
  • Profiles with unverified email addresses and phone numbers will be deleted after one week.
  • Please read the full FAQ before going further. It will help you gain knowledge and you will be able to understand which service request fit best in your situation. Proper applications under proper servie listing will help us both to process the request faster and smoothly.

  • A dividend is a distribution of a portion of a company's earnings to its shareholders, usually in the form of cash or additional shares of stock. It represents a return on the investment that shareholders have made in the company. Companies that are profitable and generate excess cash may choose to distribute a portion of those profits back to their shareholders in the form of dividends.

  • Please log in to the Investor Portal first.
  • Please go to page "Investor Corner -> Investor Login" and login first.
  • PFrom your dashboard, click 'Dividend Not Received' link under 'Service Request' menu.
  • Fill out all the required information on the right side of the page and submit your request. You will receive a URN number on your screen. Please note it down for future reference. You can use this URN number to check the status of your application online anytime.
  • Please wait for a while, an URN Number will be displayed on screen against your application and note it down carefully.
  • You will need this URN Number for future communication as a reference or checking of application status online at anytime from anywhere.
  • We will investigate the reason for the missing dividend and inform you within [2 business days]. It typically happens due to improper bank details.
  • If you are a physical shareholder with incorrect bank details, please update your KYC details using the method outlined in the FAQ. If your bank details are correct, we will inform you on how to proceed with your application.
  • Electronic shareholders will receive further instructions after their application is reviewed.

  • The term "transmission of shares" typically refers to the process of transferring ownership of shares in a company from one party to another in the event of the shareholder's death or any other circumstance that results in a change of ownership without an actual sale or transfer.

  • This service is avaiable for physical certificate holders only.
  • Please go to page "Investor Corner -> Investor Login".
  • From your dashboard, click 'Transmission of Shares' link under the 'Service Request' menu.
  • Fill out all the required information on the right side of the page and submit your request. You will receive a URN number on your screen. Please note it down for future reference. You can use this URN number to check the status of your application online anytime.

  • Dematerialization of shares refers to the process of converting physical share certificates into electronic form. In a dematerialized or electronic form, shares are held and traded electronically, eliminating the need for physical certificates. This process is facilitated through a central depository system.
  • Please log in to the Investor Portal first.
  • Please go to page "Investor Corner -> Investor Login".
  • Note: You will need a Demat account to hold your dematerialized shares. If you don't have one, consider opening one with a Depository Participant (DP).
  • From your dashboard, click 'Demat Request' link under the 'Service Request' menu./li>
  • Fill out all the required information on the right side of the page and submit your request. You will receive a URN number on your screen. Please note it down for future reference. You can use this URN number to check the status of your application online anytime.

  • After logging in and selecting a service request, you'll be directed to a dedicated application page. This page will clearly explain the required information and provide step-by-step instructions on the right side of the screen.
  • For your convenience, a download link will also be available on your dashboard. This link will provide access to important forms and format examples relevant to the chosen service request.

  • LOC stands for "Letter of Confirmation".
  • Log in to the Investor Portal.
  • From your dashboard, click 'LOC Not Received' link under the 'Service Request' menu.
  • Fill out all the required information on the right side of the page and submit your request. You will receive a URN number on your screen. Please note it down for future reference. You can use this URN number to check the status of your application online anytime./li>
